Partner Dances classes have practice time and also may include intros to Bachata, Merengue, Rueda, Rumba, Cha Cha and Playing your music Requests........ Beginners and Improvers Levels - Cross Body Salsa on the 1 Wear Comfortable Clothes Be prepared to get hot and have lots of Fun Lessons / Routines / Dancing / Social / Keep Fit Session 1 = 7pm - 8pm Salsa Steps 'n' Shines - BEGINNERS INTRO & WARM UP FOR ALLIdeal as learning to Salsa and as part of a keep fit program for all ages Session 2 = 8pm - 9pm Partner Dancing* - (This session runs only if sufficient demand) (Class Rotated - no need to bring partner) *Some salsa experience required or have attended the beginners sessions. Only £4 per person per sessions * Salsa suelta ("loose salsa"), or suelta, is a form of dancing to salsa music. Though the term technically describes any instance of salsa being danced without touching a partner, it is normally used to refer to a type of line dancing. There is often a leader who calls out names of dance steps or set moves or simply dances a move for the rest of the group to follow.
